Whether its seeking comfort from the intense tropical heat & humidity in the midst of summer or just looking for a good night’s sleep, Carrier’s residential units give you a comfortable living & working environment. Cool, quiet and clean air is what you get from our air conditioners.
Most of our residential units have multiple air filters to keep the air clean and comfortable. Basic anti-fungal washable filters trap airborne dust particles. Carbon filters absorb unpleasant odors. Electrostatic & zeolite filters take out smaller pollutants such as microscopic dust mites, pet dander and even airborne bacteria. Ionizers emit negative ions, which create fresh, clean & relaxing environment.
Energy Efficiency
Carrier’s residential units are built with the best available technologies for energy efficiency. High Energy Efficiency Ratios (EER) means lower power consumption for the same amount of cooling. The EER’s on our room, packaged terminal units & duct free splits are among the highest in the industry.
Rotary compression, efficient heat transfer surfaces and accurate refrigerant metering are just some of the technologies we use to keep energy consumption at a minimum.

Window Room Air Conditioners & Packaged Terminal Units:The simplest and easiest way to cool your room, small office & even cell sites, as long as it has an external wall, a power source and access to drain lines, window room air conditioners (WRAC)& package terminal units (PTAC) can be easily installed. Available in several capacities from 5,000 BtuH to 22,000 BtuH. (1/2 – 2.5 Hp). |

Duct Free Splits:When direct access to an external wall is not available, your next best choice is a duct free split. Or when the area you need to cool is slightly larger than what a WRAC & PTAC can handle. Best of all you can choose from 4 available indoor units: hi-wall, underceiling, cassette or floor mounted (also called slimpacs) to suit your room’s interior décor. Hi-wall’s are available from 9,000 BtuH to 22,000 BtuH. Underceilings, cassettes & slimpacs are available from 24,000 BtuH to 60,000 BtuH. |

Ducted Splits:When clean, elegant & clutter-free interiors are desired and there is sufficient space in the ceiling or room to locate an indoor unit, Carrier’s ducted splits are the units for you. Available from 12,000 BtuH to 360,000 BtuH (1 TR – 30 TR). |

Custom Solutions:When you need to cool several rooms individually or at the same time but do not have sufficient space for your condensing units, Carrier creates custom solutions such as multi-split condensing units that can be creatively installed so that your hi-rise apartment unit looks good inside and out. |
